The following properties are available for Seasonal Lease beginning on or after January 7, 2011 unless otherwise indicated in the Property Description. Ski Lease properties are fully furnished, and pets are not allowed unless otherwise indicated. All applicants must complete a rental application and submit a $25 processing fee. Unless otherwise indicated in the Property Description, tenants are responsible for snow removal and having the carpets professionally cleaned upon departure. If the unit has a hot tub, the tenants are responsible for all maintenance. All ski leases require a security deposit which is equal to one month's rent, and all monies are due in advance. Gas and electricity are partially paid.
